ZimbabWEcare is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to healthcare assistance and the promotion of health and wellbeing in rural Southern Africa.
About Missions
We will be departing out of Salt Lake City to Harare, Zimbabwe for a 14 day mission providing Health and Humanitarian aid to remote villages in country. We are accepting applications for 7 volunteers with medical experience. We are looking for individuals who want a once-in-a lifetime experience practicing in primitive bush settings, setting up clinics in small schools, existing clinics, and out in the open.
Accomodations
Expect a variety of conditions from luxury hotel room on the first part of the journey to tents in rural locations.
Must have current passport/ travel documents.
Passport must not expire within 6 months of departure date.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be willing to eat, sleep, work outside and in primitive conditions.
Must have adequate travel insurance.
Current active professional medical license
